Kimo Alameda <br /> Takashi Domingo Rene’ Siracusa <br /> Andrew Iwashita <br /> Shelly Ogata <br /> Rodney Watanabe <br /> Rell Woodward <br /> <br /> Ivan Torigoe, Deputy Corporation Counsel <br />Christopher Yuen, Planning Director <br />Jeff Darrow, Staff Planner <br />Maija Cottle, Staff Planner <br />Deanne Bugado, Planner, Kona Office <br />Allen Salavea, Planner, Kona Office <br />And approximately 50 people from the public in attendance. <br />SOUTH KOHALA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />Review of the draft South Kohala Community Development Plan (CDP) submitted by the South <br />Kohala CDP Steering Committee and its consultant, Townscape, Inc. <br />WATANABE: Will the Planning Commission meeting please come to order. We are on <br />our Agenda Item 6 – and I’m sure we are past 6:00 by now. I have at this point eight people <br />signed up to testify, but obviously we have many more people than that here. If anyone wants to <br />testify, please go up to Noriko Sauer, the recording secretary, and sign up there, if you wish to <br />testify. It would help me to kind of know ahead of time how many people are hoping to testify; <br />we kind of judge by that as to how much time we’ll allow because we do want to make sure we <br />provide everyone with an opportunity to testify.Yeah? So then with that, we are on Agenda <br />Item No. 6, South Kohala Community Development Plan, I’ll turn it over to Mr. Salavea. I <br />guess I should swear both of you in. Would you raise your right hand, please.
