THE APPLICANT IS REQUESTING:
■ A SPECIAL PERMIT TO ALLOW THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A THREE-BEDROOM BED AND
BREAKFAST WITHIN THE EXISTING FOOTPRINT OF A FOUR-BEDROOM SINGLE-FAMILY
DWELLING.
■ THE APPLICANT WILL CONTINUE TO RESIDE IN THE FOURTH BEDROOM AND OPERATE
THE BED AND BREAKFAST. IF THE APPLICANT IS ABSENT, A DESIGNATED
REPRESENTATIVE WILL LIVE ON SITE AND ASSUME THE SAME RESPONSIBILITIES
■ TWO OF THE BEDROOMS WILL BE LOCATED WITHIN A SEMI-DETACHED, 490 SQUARE-
FOOT STRUCTURE, WHILE ONE BEDROOM WILL BE LOCATED WITHIN A DETACHED,
504 SQUARE-FOOT STRUCTURE.
■ THERE WILL BE A MAXIMUM OF SIX GUESTS AT ANY ONE TIME.
■ FOUR ON-SITE PARKING STALLS WILL BE DESIGNATED FOR GUESTS, IN COMPLIANCE •
WITH ZONING CODE REQUIREMENTS FOR OFF-STREET PARKING.
■ BREAKFAST MEALS WILL BE OFFERED TO GUESTS, INCLUDING FRUIT FROM ON-SITE
FRUIT TREES.
