NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Public Access, Open Space, and Natural Resources
Preservation Commission (PONC) of the County of Hawaii in accordance with the provisions of
the Hawaii Revised Statues Chapter 92, the Hawaii County Code Chapter 2-215, and the
Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure of the Hawaii County.
I. CALL TO ORDER:
Chair Chang to open meeting, review meeting procedures, and take Commission roll
call. (Please turn off your cell phones or set them to silent mode.)
PUBLIC TESTIMONY:
Pursuant to H.R.S. § 92-3, oral testimony may be provided at the begining of the meeting or

recommend to the Department of Finance.

The Commission encourages the public to submit thoughts, comments, and input on agenda
items via written testimony. To ensure timely delivery to members prior to the meeting, written

NOTICE TO LOBBYISTS
If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawai'i County Clerk within five days of
becoming a lobbyist {Article 15, Section 2-91.3(b), Hawai'i County Code}. A lobbyist means
"any individual engaged for pay or other consideration who spends more than five hours in any
month or $275 in any six-month period for the purpose of attempting to influence legislative or
administrative action by communicating or urging others to communicate with public officials."
