PUBLIC NOTICE
CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER)
The County of Hawaii, through its Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD), has developed its draft CAPER for the 2022-2023 program year. The purpose of the report is to
summarize the County’s progress in carrying out the Strategic and Action Plan components to address the goals and priorities set forth in its Consolidated Plan for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships, and National Housing Trust Fund programs.
Pursuant to Title 24 Code of Federal Regulations Part 91, notice is given that the draft CAPER report will be available for public review and comment from September 5, 2023 to September 20, 2023, Monday through Friday from 7:45 am to 4:30 pm at the following locations: Office of Housing and Office of Housing and Community Development Community Development 1990 Kinoole Street, Suite 102 West Hawaii Civic Center Hilo, Hawaii 96720 74-5044 Ane Keohokalole Hwy. The draft CAPER may also be viewed on the OHCD’s website at http://www.hawaiicounty.gov/office-of-housing.
Written comments may be submitted to the OHCD, 1990 Kinoole Street, Suite 102, Hilo, Hawai’i 96720-5293, or e-mailed to ohcdcdbg@hawaiicounty.gov no later than 4:30 pm on September 20,
2023. All comments will be considered in preparing the final CAPER.
