APPLICANTS REQUEST
• Requesting a Change of Zone from Resort -Hotel 750 square feet (sf) (V-.75) to
Limited -Industrial zo,000 sf (ML-zo) to allow for the development of a new car
dealership (Aloha Kia).
• Convert existing commercial building to accommodate showroom, sales office, and
parts dept. — a zzo sf addition will be included to support additional offices and
lounge.
• Construct a new 6,770 sf building to house eight (8) service bays and detailing area.
• Create i35 parking stalls for customers, employees, and inventory.
• Additional work includes landscaping, paving, and ingress/egress improvements.
