Notice of Public Meeting
Notice is hereby given of a meeting to be held by the Transportation Commission of the County of Hawai'i in
accordance with the provisions of Chapter 91,Hawai'i Revised Statutes, and Chapter 18, Divisions 2 and 3 of the
Hawai'i County Code.

This meeting will be held by Interactive Conference Technology(ICT)through Zoom conferencing technology pursuant
to Hawaii Revised Statutes 92-3.5.. The public may also attend at the location address provided above and if interested,

Submitting Written Testimony: To ensure timely delivery to Commissioners prior to the meeting, written

A. Review taxicab application for NEW Certificate of Public Convenience &Necessity to operate in the
County of Hawai'i.

{Article 15, Section 2-91.3(b), Hawaii County Code} A lobbyist means "any individual engaged for pay or
other consideration who spends more than five hours in any month or $275 in any six-month period for the
purpose of attempting to influence legislative or administrative action by communicating or urging others to
communicate with public officials." {Article 15, Section 2-91.3(a)(6), Hawaii County Code}. Registration
