The property is located on the mauka <br /> side of the Queen Kaahumanu Highway (Route 11) at TMK (3) 7-6-021:016, 17 between Kona <br /> Vista Subdivision and Pualani Estates Subdivision and will intersect Route 11 at the Royal Vistas <br /> Roadway. In this, a single roadway (named "Royal Vistas Roadway" and referred to in previous <br /> versions of the TIARs as "Royal Vistas Driveway") was planned for construction in 2024 with <br /> Phase 1 to provide development access through an intersection with Route 11, approximately 600 <br /> feet north of the intersection with Kuakini Highway.
