In this, a single roadway (named "Royal Vistas Roadway" and referred to in previous <br /> versions of the TIARs as "Royal Vistas Driveway") was planned for construction in 2024 with <br /> Phase 1 to provide development access through an intersection with Route 11, approximately 600 <br /> feet north of the intersection with Kuakini Highway.
