APPLICANTS REQUEST
Requesting Approval to:
• Plant, cultivate, and maintain a 3.25-acre Ulu Orchard.
• Construct a single-story, three (3) bedroom, three (3) bathroom, 293.o square
foot single family residence (main dwelling).
• Construct a single-story, two (2) bedroom, two (2) bathroom 3.5oo-square foot
Additional Farm Dwelling (PL-AFD-2023-00006o is being processed).
• Additional development includes a 3.200 square foot storage shed for farm
equipment, a pump house, chicken coop, and pool.
• The existing gravel and paved roads located on the property will be utilized for
the project to minimize grading and paving.
• Water will be provided via an on-site private well, with wastewater being
managed by a DOH approved Individual Wastewater System (IWS).
