Letter of Interest – Industrial Hygienists
Compliance Solution LLC is pleased to submit our letter of interest for the Industrial
Hygienist.
Compliance Solution, LLC was formed in 2001 to help employers comply with HIOSH
regulations thru training, written programs and compliance audits. We also conduct
monitoring for hazardous chemicals and noise. The average number of employee is two;
additional employees may be brought in if necessary. We conduct asbestos inspections,
industrial hygiene surveys, lead-based paint risk assessments as well as safety training.
Mr. Yu has years of experience in HIOSH compliance, industrial hygiene surveys
including lead paint, asbestos, indoor air quality and process safety management. He is
the only consultant with a Certified Industrial Hygienist and Certified Safety
Professional qualification as well as HIOSH compliance experience in Hawaii. He is a
DOH certified trainer for lead paint inspector, project designer, contractor/supervisor and
risk assessor. He got his MS in Environmental Health Science from the University of
Kansas, and an MBA from the University of Hawaii.
