Mr. Char is a Principal at G70 and has over 12 years of experience working on civil
engineering and land-use planning projects in Hawaii and California. The projects
Mr. Char has worked on include master planning, design, permitting support, and
construction management for various commercial, educational, residential, and
infrastructure site developments. As a principal engineer, his duties include overseeing
operational, and training responsibilities. He directs the preparation and production
experience in Hawaii and in the greater Los Angeles, California areas has been diverse
but also includes an emphasis in educational campus infrastructure master planning
and design, as well as stormwater management, including design of new Low Impact
Development stormwater quality Best Management Practices and controls.

an Environmental Assessment and a Special District Major Permit for two facilities at
the existing bus transit site in Downtown Honolulu. These facilities, collectively known
