A 213 vote of the members present pursuant to HRS Section 92-4 is necessary to hold an executive meeting. V. Announcements The next meeting of the County of Hawai'i Board of Review will be held on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, 9:00 a.m. at the Community Meeting Hale (Building G), located at West Hawaii Civic Center, 74-5044 Ane Keohokalole Hwy, Kailua- Kona, Hawaii 96740. VI. Adjournment Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service, other reasonable is modification, or language interpretation to access the meeting, please contact the Real Property Tax Division at 961-8764 as soon as possible, but no later than five (5) working days prior to meeting to arrange for accommodations. "Other reasonable modification" refers to communication methods or devices for people with disabilities who are mentally and/or physically challenged. SUBMITTING WRITTEN TESTIMONY. The Board encourages the public to submit thoughts, comments, and input via written testimony. To ensure timely delivery to Board Members prior to the meeting, written testimony must be submitted before 12:00 noon on the business day prior to the meeting by: (1) email to cohrpt@hawaiicounty.gov, (2) facsimile to (808) 961-8415, or (3) mail to the Real Property Tax Division, 101 Pauahi Street, Suite 4, Hilo Hawai'i 96720.
