Meetings of the Kailua Village Design Commission will be held virtually via Zoom with live stream.
Be advised that the venue and the dates may change. Please contact the West Hawai‘i office of
the Planning Department to confirm a specific meeting or deadline date.

The County of Hawaii launched its new Electronic Processing & Information Center (EPIC)
permit system on July 26, 2021. Only electronic applications will be accepted after that date. For more
information go to https://hawaiicountyhi-energovpub.tylerhost.net/Apps/SelfService#/home
* Sign Permit/Sign Variance Applicants: The “Sign Permit” application (Department of Public Works,
Building) and the “Kailua Village Design – Sign Review” application (Planning Department) must be
submitted separately via EPIC at least one week prior to the due date indicated above, to allow time for
the review and referral process.
