CALL TO ORDER 3
Committee Member Charles Young started the Kona Community Development Plan (KCDP) 4
Action Committee (AC) meeting at 5:16 P.M. This meeting was held online via Zoom, and in‐5
person at the West Hawaiʻi Civic Center Planning Department Conference Room. A quorum was 6
not established until 6:12 P.M. which is when the meeting was officially called to order. 7

This item was taken out of order and was addressed when quorum was established. Committee 21
Member Shirley David moved to approve the May 16, 2023 minutes. Motion seconded by 22
Committee Member Kari Kimura. Motion passed with 5 votes aye, 0 votes nay. [SEE YOUTUBE 23
