The property is located on the makai side of Puak <br />Beach Drive, adjacent to and east of the Puak boat ramp, Lalamilo, South Kohala, HawaiÒi, <br />TMK: 6-9-2:1 and 2. <br /> <br />WATANABE: We will proceed to Agenda Item No. 1. The applicant i Bay <br />Investors, LLC, and itÓs SMA Permit 07-16. Jeff? <br /> <br />DARROW: Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Good morning, Members of the Planning <br />Commission. IÓd like to welcome you this morning. If I can direct your attention to the <br />presentation. This morning our first applicant is Puak Bay Investors, LLC. They are requesting <br />an amendment to Condition No. 2 for Special Management Area Use Permit No. 07-16. The <br />location of this application is within the South Kohala District. More specifically, we are <br />looking in the entrance to the Puak area. We have, on our location map, we have the entrance <br />from Queen KaÒahumanu Highway, which is on the right side of the map, and this will go onto <br />Puak Beach Drive heading makai. And the area of the subject properties are identified with two <br />black outlines; this is just south of the boat harbor thatÓs located down in this area.
