The attached includes: <br />1. A cover letter expressing Hawai'i Alliance for Community -Based Economic Development's (HACBED) interest <br />in providing such services, including the name of the firm, contact information including email address, the <br />principal place of business, and location of all of its offices <br />2. Our cover letter also includes the age of the firm and its average number of employees over the past 5 years <br />3. HACBED's statement of qualifications (SOQs), including background description of the firm and related <br />experience of key staff members; resumes of HACBED's key staff members are also included in the attached <br />4. A list of recent projects and the names of up to five clients who may be contacted, including at least two for <br />whom services were rendered during the preceding year can be found in the SOQs <br />5.
