* Sign Permit/Sign Variance Applicants: The "Sign Permit" application (Department of Public Works,
Building) and the "Kailua Village Design — Sign Review" application (Planning Department) must be
submitted separately via EPIC at least one week prior to the due date indicated above, to allow time for
the review and referral process.
