Aloha committee members,
I am strongly opposed to the above permit and you should be, too.
Reasons for postponing and denying the rezoning include questions of discrepancy between
the State and County maps regarding conservation boundaries of this parcel; already
nonconforming property being asked to be rezoned; and the landowners' intention not to
allow public access (which says it all: bad intentions, bad neighbor, a plan that will
contravene HRS section 205A-26 and community development plan guidelines).
