The <br />property is located on the west side of Hw Road, approximately 420 feet south of the Akoni <br />Pule Highway Î Hw Road intersection, KaÒauhuhu, North Kohala, HawaiÒi, TMK: 5-5-1 <br /> <br />WATANABE: Agenda Item No. 1. Good morning, everyone. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONERS: Good morning, Maija. <br /> <br />COTTLE: The applicants are requesting a change of zone from Single-Family <br />Residential 15,000 square feet to Village Commercial 10,000 square feet for approximately 1.16 <br />acres. And the subject property is located in the North Kohala District, pretty close to the <br />intersection of Akoni Pule Highway and Hw Road.
