Aloha..
I strongly object to ANY additional vacation rentals in Kailua Kona.
There is a serious shortage of long-term rental housing, and all future
development should be for that purpose. Please...
Will any of you take a look at Craig's List on any given day, and see 300 to
400 square foot rooms going for $2000. This is a sad state of affairs.
Please...
Ask your constituents. Do they wish additional vacation rentals and
tourism? Or long-term rental housing so our local community can thrive.
Not to mention getting more of the homeless population of the street
which is a subject for another day.
