Cauliflower Coral Recovery at Kahalu’u Bay.”
6. OLD BUSINESS:
a. Discussion and Decision Making: Regarding recommendations provided by the Investigative
Committee Report Re: Rules and Regulations Related to Lobster Harvesting and Sale.
b. Discussion and Decision Making: Capital Improvement Plans for Wailoa Small Boat Harbor,
presented by Commissioner Robert Duerr.
c. Discussion: “Pittman-Robertson Wildlife Restoration Program Game Management Program
FY17-FY21,” published by DLNR Division of Forestry and Wildlife, discussion lead by
Chair Abraham Antonio.

Executive Session: The Game Management Advisory Commission anticipates it may convene in one or
more executive sessions regarding the above matters listed on the agenda, pursuant to HRS Sections 92-4
and 92-5 (a)(4), for the purpose of consulting with the Board’s attorney on questions and issues pertaining
to the Commission’s powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities. A 2/3 vote pursuant to HRS
Section 92-4 is necessary to hold an executive session. Executive session is closed to the public.
Anyone wishing to discuss an item that does not appear on the agenda should call the commission secretary
at 808-323-4444 or email Barbara.Kossow@hawaiicounty.gov to have the subject placed on the next
available agenda.
Note: A meeting held by interactive conference technology shall be automatically recessed for up to 30
minutes to restore communication when audiovisual communication cannot be maintained with all
members participating in the meeting or with the “in-person” location identified in this agenda. The
meeting may be in-person when either audiovisual communication is restored, or audio-only
communication is established after an unsuccessful attempt to restore audiovisual communication. If it is
not possible to reconvene the meeting as provided in this subsection within 30 minutes after an interruption
to communication, then the meeting shall be automatically terminated.

hours in any month or $275 in any six-month period for the purpose of attempting to influence
