STATEMENTS ON COMPLAINTS INVESTIGATION AND DELIBERATION OF COMPLAINTS Complaint HCFC No. 06-02: Firefighter’s request to have reconsideration by the commission regarding its decision at the previous (3-14-07) meeting. Complaint HCFC No.07-01: Consideration of complaint filed more than sixty days after the incident on which the complaint is based. Complainant alleges two fire fighters purposely withheld information about a hit and run incident, failed to report duties done, etc. Complaint HCFC No.07-02: Consideration of complaint filed more than sixty days after the incident on which the complaint is based.
