February:  Committee reported on Laupahoehoe Boat Ramp & Seawall.  Committee report on Rules & Regulations Related to Manta Ray Tours.  Committee report on DOFAW – Pu’uanahulu/Pu’uwa’awa’a Administrative Rule Change  Committee investigation on DLNR expenditures of Pittman-Robertson grants  Presentation of the Rule Changes from the DLNR Rule Change Committee for Pohakuloa Hunting Unit E  Presentation of the University of Hawaii’s Ungulate Program for Hawai’i Island.
