Communication No. 05-007 from County Council Member Virginia Isbell regarding a draft of a Bill to Amend Chapter 2, Article 5, ˆ2-14, of the Hawaii County Code, regarding the Fire Department, to transfer water safety officer positions from Parks and Recreation to the Fire Department and to grant the Fire Chief the authority to train and supervise the water safety officer.
