Discussion and Decision Making: Regarding recommendations provided by the Investigative Committee Report Re: Rules and Regulations Related to Lobster Harvesting and Sale. 8. COMMITTEE REPORTS: a. Investigate Committee: Investigate the Eradication of Game Animals on DHHL Land. b. Investigative Committee: Investigate Extent of Effects of Mass Feeding of Feral Animals, and Potential Solutions c. Investigative Committee: Regulations Affecting Keauhou Bay and Logistical Issues, and Potential Solutions d. ADJOURNMENT: (11:00 a.m.) Executive Session: The Game Management Advisory Commission anticipates it may convene in one or more executive sessions regarding the above matters listed on the agenda, pursuant to HRS Sections 92-4 and 92-5 (a)(4), for the purpose of consulting with the Board’s attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the Commission’s powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities. A 2/3 vote pursuant to HRS Section 92-4 is necessary to hold an executive session. Executive session is closed to the public.
