Call to order, introductions of members, staff, and visitors; request for move -ups
on the agenda.
Action Required: Approval of minutes from August 20, 2018 GMAC meeting.
Action Required: Selection of a new commission Chair from the current
commission members.
Briefing on Mile Marker 16 by Lino Kamakau (DOCARE Branch Chief, Hawaii
Island).
General discussion on goals, design, and utilization of proposed state game
management plans.
Presentation on the proposed Kanaio Forestry and Wildlife Management Area by
Shane De Mattos (DOFAW, Wildlife Biologist).
Updates on the current efforts made to renew Unit A Lease on Kauai Island.
A short report by each commissioner summarizing their meetings with DOFAW
staff on the island that they represent.
Set future meeting schedule and potential Agenda items.
Announcements.
Adjournment.
