immunities, and liabilities. (Pursuant to HRS 92-5(2) and HawaiÒi County Charter
Section 13-20(b) ).

the April 9, 2003, HFC meeting and requesting a continuance to hear complaint

Stand-by support during the Big Island International Marathon along with thank
you letter from Sharron Joseph expressing thanks for having an a

Investigation and Deliberation of Complaints
Complaint HFC 03-02: Complainant alleged that she was assaulted
by a paramedic while being transported and not given care.
