Thank you Nani for calling the board members to reconfirm attendance.
We have a quorum for tonight’s meeting!
Please note that the meeting venue has changed to the Mayor’s
conference room (25 Aupuni Street, 2nd Floor).
Pursuant to Governor Ige’s most recent proclamation, in order to
minimize physical contact and maximize physical distancing, this meeting
will not be open to the public.
Once again, please find attached the Draft Minutes and Agenda.
In addition, the Expenditure Report along with Bill No. 217.
Also, J. Yoshimoto, Deputy of Corporation Counsel will fill in for
Malia Hall.
Barett Otani sent out an email yesterday to the folks that requested
meeting via WebEx. We also included most of the board as well, in the
event that something may happen to keep you from attending in person.

Could you please reassure me that the Final GMAC Agenda will be posted
in time for our January 15th meeting, and that the new technical support
will be in operation for us? Feeling uncertain with the change of guard
going on at the same time.
