Pursuant to Act 220, Session Laws of Hawai'i 2021, which amended the Sunshine Law to allow meetings to be remotely conducted online, effective January 1, 2022, The Game Management Advisory Commission meetings will be held online, and the location listed below is open to the public to attend the meeting in person and provide testimony. The Game Management Advisory Commission can be viewed online or at the location listed below. GMAC approval of letter to Mayor Roth regarding time and location changes of GMAC meetings. b. GMAC development and finalization of Draft Rules. c. GMAC Commissioner vote of approval for the GMAC 2021 —2022 Fiscal Year Report. d. GMAC Commissioner approval of letter to DAR regarding the laynet rules. ADJOURNMENT: (4:00 p.m.) Executive Session: The Game Management Advisory Commission anticipates it may convene in one or more executive sessions regarding the above matters listed on the agenda, pursuant to HRS Sections 92-4 and 92-5 (a)(4), for the purpose of consulting with the Board's attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the Commission's powers, duties,privileges, immunities, and liabilities. A 2/3 vote pursuant to HRS Section 92-4 is necessary to hold an executive session. Executive session is closed to the public.
