Pursuant to Act 220, Session Laws of Hawai’i 2021, which amended the Sunshine Law to allow meetings to be remotely conducted online, effective January 1, 2022, The Game Management Advisory Commission meetings will be held online, and the location listed below is open to the public to attend the meeting in person and provide testimony. ADJOURNMENT: (4:00 p.m.) Executive Session: The Game Management Advisory Commission anticipates it may convene in one or more executive sessions regarding the above matters listed on the agenda, pursuant to HRS Sections 92-4 and 92-5 (a)(4), for the purpose of consulting with the Board’s attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the Commission’s powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities. A 2/3 vote pursuant to HRS Section 92-4 is necessary to hold an executive session. Executive session is closed to the public.
