10. EXECUTIVE SESSION
To consider a continued evaluation of an employee of the HawaiÒi County Fire Department where
consideration of matters affecting privacy will be involved and a closed session is requested, and to
consult with Corporation Counsel on questions and issues pertain
duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities. (Pursuant to HRS 92-5 (a)(2) and(a)(4) HawaiÒi County
Charter Section 13-20(b).

The next fire commission meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, Apr
10:00 a.m., at the County Building-Hamakua Conference Room, 25 A
Suite 1002, Hilo, Hawai'i.
