Investigation and Deliberation of Complaints
Complaint HFC 04-01: Complainant alleged that she was harassed

by an Unknown Firefighter while fueling her vehicle at a gas station.
Complaint HFC 04-02: Complainant alleged that she was harassed

by a firefighter while shopping at a local supermarket.
