for Special Liquor License received December 26, 2023, for
an event on February 2, 2024, to address concerns and issues raised at
the previous event; held at 74-5612 Pawai Place, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii.
3. Request to Extend the Time Issuance Submitted for Approval
a. Black Rock Pizza #2 Kona, LLC, dba Black Rock Pizza - Kona,
RE: Application No. 22-09, approval of request to extend the time
issuance of the liquor license for good cause shown for an additional six
months, from February 2, 2024, to and including August 2, 20241 by letter
received January 24, 2024, of its Restaurant General liquor license,
Category A, located at 75-5813 Alii Drive, #H, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii.
b. Christopher Camero Memorial VFW Post 12122, dba VFW Post 12122,
RE: Application No. 19-35, approval of request to extend the time
issuance of the liquor license for good cause shown for an additional
six months, from February 6, 2024, to and including August 6, 2024)
by letter received January 23, 2024, of its Dispenser General liquor
license, Category B2, located at 74-5543 Kaiwi Street, Suite 3-A185a and
3-Al85b, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii.
C. Kona, Hawaii, Lodge No. 2616, Benevolent and Protective Order
of Elks of the United States of America, dba Kona Elks Club,
RE: Application No. 20-38, approval of request to extend the time
issuance of the liquor license for good cause shown, for an additional
six months from March 2, 2024, to and including September 2, 2024, by
letter received January 23, 2024, of its Club liquor license, Category B2,
located at 75-170 Hualalai Road, Suite E-100, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii.
4. Kukio Golf and Beach Club, Inc., dba Kukio Golf and Beach Club,
Inc., dba Kukio Golf and Beach Club, Inc., (Retail), approval of
Change in Directors as follows:
• Removal of James Rubnitz, President and Director, and
Stephen Watson, Director;
• Appointment of Katrina Lake, and William Hudspith, as Directors;
• Personal History and Affidavits for Katrina Lake, and William Hudspith,
Directors;
effective January 1, 20243 by form received January 19, 2024; of its Retail
General and Club liquor license, Category B2, located at 72-250 Kukio Nui
Drive, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii.
