Is this Meeting Notice an attempt to win a lawsuit by unfairly manipulating the agenda listing#17
Kalanianaole St. does NOT intersect with Kanoelehua Ave.at all. This misrepresentation of the property you will
be discussing at the meeting is INTENTIONAL! It is biased and unfair treatment under the Ethics Code because the
planning department staff has been notified on more than one occasion of their mistake in this agenda listing. A
sunshine law lawsuit, Civil No. 3CCV-23-0000433,has been filed in Third Circuit Court,and I have conferred with
the WPC's Deputy Corp. Counsel also.
Unless the staff who intentionally misstated the property to be discussed at the February 1 meeting identifies
themselves,I will be filing this email and Meeting Notice in circuit court along with a motion for sanctions for
unfair litigation tactics.
This is what everyone is complaining about. Unfair litigation tactics on taxpayers'dime. Shame on you [you know
who you are.]
