EMC voted to support EPR in general, but HB 1688 is not EPR, itʻs a needs assessment. Two
different things being conflated here. Thus, my vote in opposition. I will reserve a deeper
explanation for a public discussion on this in order to comply with Sunshine Law.

No, you can explain your stance. Correspondence just has to relate to the statement and be
gathered and published to our folder on the county web site within a certain time frame.
