Fire Chief’s evaluation.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
To consider a continued evaluation of an employee of the Hawai'i County Fire Department
where consideration of matters affecting privacy will be involved and a closed session is
requested, and to consult with Corporation Counsel on questions and issues pertaining to the
commission’s powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities. (Pursuant to HRS 92-5
(a)(2) and(a)(4) and Hawai‘i County Charter Section 13-20(b).

ANNOUNCEMENTS
The next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, April 8, 2009, at
10:00 a.m., in the Aupuni Center Conference Room, Aupuni Center,
101 Aupuni Street, Hilo, Hawai‘i
Set agenda for April 8, 2009, meeting.
Request from Fire Chief – recommendations from commission regarding response to
vague complaints. (Deferred from February meeting.)
Warehouse Familiarization trip to 466 Kinoole Street, Hilo, for the purpose of
observing operations. Trip will take place upon conclusion of other items on the
agenda. (Deferred from February meeting.)
