NEW BUSINESS
Request from Fire Chief for the Commission’s recommendations on how the Department
should respond to anonymous complaints.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Warehouse Familiarization trip to 466 Kinoole Street, Hilo, for the purpose of observing
operations. Trip will take place upon conclusion of other items on the agenda.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
To consider a continued evaluation of an employee of the Hawai'i County Fire Department
where consideration of matters affecting privacy will be involved and a closed session is
requested, and to consult with Corporation Counsel on questions and issues pertaining to the
commission’s powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities. (Pursuant to HRS 92-5
(a)(2) and(a)(4) Hawai‘i County Charter Section 13-20(b).
