To consider discipline and charges against employees of the HawaiÒi County Fire
Department where consideration of matters affecting privacy will be involved and
a closed session is requested, and to consult with Corporation C
questions and issues pertaining to the commissionÓs powers, duties, privileges,
immunities, and liabilities. (Pursuant to HRS 92-5(2) and HawaiÒi County Charter
Section 13-20(b) ).

Firefighter Michael Ishizu regarding condolences of Willie Ishizu along with thank
you letter from Mrs. Toyoko Ishizu and Michael Ishizu regarding the search of
Willie Ishizu.
Correspondence No. 02-84 from Chief Oliveira to Mrs. Elizabeth M
regarding the appreciation of response to the structural fire in Papaikou.
Correspondence No. 02-85 from Dennis Lee, Director of Public Works regarding
Parking for Commission and Board Members.
Correspondence No. 02-86 from Dennis Lee, Director of Public Works regarding

Correspondence No. 02-87 from Chief Oliveira to Mrs. Yae Tadaki regarding
appreciation of Dale Nagata and paramedics at Central Fire Station along with
thank you letter from Mrs. Yae Tadaki thanking Chief Oliveira and Dale Nagata
for their rescue efforts upon her illness at the County Building.
