CALL TO ORDER 4
Planning called the Hāmākua Community Development Plan (HCDP) Action Committee (AC) 5
to order at 5:33 P.M. Quorum was established at this time. This meeting was held online via 6
Zoom, and in-person at the Kula’imano Community Center. 7

Comittee member Tawn Keeney motioned to nominate David Meyer for Chair, seconded by 27
committee member Richard Bidleman. Meeting was called to a recess due to technical 28

the motion passed by unanimous vote, aye. Committee member David Meyer accepts Chair 30

Comittee member Brad Kurokawa motioned to nominate Mahealani Maikui for Vice Chair, 32
seconded by committee member Tawn Keeney. Motion passed by unanimous vote, aye. 33
