Quorum was established at this time. Meeting was called to a recess due to technical 28 difficulties [SEE YOUTUBE TIME STAMP 27:45]. Meeting was brought back into session and 29 the motion passed by unanimous vote, aye. Committee member David Meyer accepts Chair 30 position. 31 Comittee member Brad Kurokawa motioned to nominate Mahealani Maikui for Vice Chair, 32 seconded by committee member Tawn Keeney. Motion 37 seconded by committee member Robert Nishimoto.
