received on February 5, 2024, regarding the (Proposed) Stipulation for Dismissal with
Prejudice of All Claims and Parties; and Stipulation for Dismissal with Prejudice of
All Claims and Parties, in the Matter of the Appeal(s) filed by Aaron Arbles;
Robert Bailey; Reuben Chun; Michael Gahan; Michael Hayashida; Garret Komatsu;
Gerald Kosaki; Steve Loyola; Jerry Lum; Ty Medeiros; Paul Paiva; Raymond Rowe,
Jr.; Warren Sumida; and Alvin Tobosa, Appellants.
Board Action Required: Approval of the above stipulation.

provided to members of this board for this meeting is available for public inspection

of becoming a lobbyist [Article 15, Section 2-91.3(b), Hawaii County Code]. A
