This is the notice of the availability for the Draft Environmental Assessment (DEA) pertaining to the
proposed Hilo Wastewater Treatment Plant Rehabilitation and Replacement (Proposed Project) which is
published on January 23, 2024, issue of the Environmental Review Pro&ram's The Environmental Notice.
Written comments received in response to this DEA will be considered in the preparation of the Final
Environmental Assessment (FEA). The deadline for comments is February 22, 2024. Please submit
