Kailua-Kona, Hawaii 96740 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the County of Hawai'i's Public Access, Open Space, and Natural Resources Preservation Commission (PONC) in person meeting pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes§92-3.5,the Hawaii County Code Section 2-215,and the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure(amended May 2023). ORAL PUBLIC TESTIMONY: To provide oral testimony please arrive at least 10 minutes before the meeting starts to complete the registration process and obtain meeting information. SUBMITTING TESTIMONY: The Commission encourages the public to submit thoughts, comments, and input on agenda items via written testimony.
