Sue L. K. Lee Loy called me the other day before getting on a plane inquiring what I want to
discuss and thus shared that i want to discuss the situationship that i was born in due to being
4th generation hilo girl, like everyone here not taught about the legalities about hawaii
kingdom or America. She said she will have a county attorney present. Due to the color of
authority and color of law being executed here on this soil/land/realm the conversations I am
having with all equally is multi layered and multidimensional making decisions to ensure I
protect my birth rights as a woman, as this realm is a legal bermuda triangle with misconduct
on all sides, and alone/only one/smallest right to defend is that of the individual and I do not
believe in bullying/ganging up.
The last total of 6-8 years I have spent researching this and standing on the frontline even in
court watching wins, doing mediative investigation as a woman in diplomatic capacity to help
handle this misunderstanding of Hawaii is not America, ushering a peace treaty and in fact, a
navy Jag officer is the most appropriate attorney that needs to be present according to the laws
of war (occupation is war) Hawaii kingdom is in martial law since 1.17.1893 and U.S. must
reflect as such according to the Laws of War which has not honorable done so in this legal
war/occupation.
Not only is Hawaii not America and a war zone , United states is not America and still at civil
war thus force majeure even applies here in hawaii and there on the continental US. With it
not being lifted since lincoln and 14th amendment being a military coup. BAR British
Accredited Regency pledge allegiance ... meaning boston tea party is still going on strong like
donkey kong and history is not past as on eis lead/indoctrinated/taught/'educated'to believe
The American constitution protects natural law rights, and are rules of conduct of public
servants who receive a paycheck(which I do not) from the corporation which has a D&B
Number of commerce.

I do not understand, I do not accept, I do not consent, I do not acquiesce to contract offers and
rebut all assumptions and presumptions of joinder to the artificial person, not acting as surety
for corporate debt, posturing, imposing, operating under color of authority and/or color of law
thru the entire process.

I am still in the process of gathering information of traffic statistics due to major public
safety concerns as well as my proposal to create a new zoning category empowering
residents for mix residential use with considerations to the modern technology empower

Being a 4th generation Hilo girl and 3rd generation resident of this property and the
ignorance of the situationship most of us are born into, I made the choice to do the
tapas/penance/spiritual training for to the choice of building temple in hawaii kingdom
(which are universities and embassy/consulate/immigration also) for the last 8 years of
investigative mediation to bring peace treaty (contract) as annexation is not possible and a
check mate situation despite the attempts of subjugation that keep things in limbo legally.
In the laws of war, hawaii kingdom is already in martial law, and the aggressor/occupier
must also reflect as such, and what i find interesting is that colonizers global constructs
(United nations) and "rules" in the Laws Of War, that the aggressor/occupier must institute
the military governance and in this particular case, has yet to institute martial law on their
side and continue to break international law, geneva and hague, by transporting civilians
in a war zone AKA tourists and selling/developing "blood land title" I know my family
would not participate in such atrocious behavior patterns of business/contracts. Karma of
thought word deed matters and doing the right thing also matters and stored in DNA.
