Aloha,
My name is Connie Ritchey and my address is PO Box 1073 in Volcano HI 96785.I am not connected with any
organization and writing only on my own behalf.
I am opposed to the planned`Punalu'u Village' development by Black Sand Beach LLC. I've been a big Island
resident for over 35 years and have frequented Punalu'u beach on numerous occasions.
I believe this proposed development:has too big a footprint,will deplete precious aquifer waters from the people of
Ka'u,may pose a danger to turtles who are sensitive to light and noise during nesting times,may impact other
endangered species,and will affect the pristine nature and ambience of the area.
