Aloha,
In recent years, I have occasionally been to Punalu'u with my family. Seeing the infrastructure
and Habitat of the area, I don't think that the area will be able to support development on the
Historic Black Sand Beach. Sometimes changes are good, but"NOT" in this case, Historic
Black Sand Beach should be kept as is with no development in the surrounding areas. There is
too much to be lost if there's development done. The natural habitat will have
unnecessary pressure placed upon. I can go on and on but want to keep it short and straight to
the point! "PLEASE NO DEVELOPMENT"
