Traffic goes to Dead Stop for hours. <br /> I've seen small fires along Kuakini stop traffic for long hours. I've seen <br /> Tsunami evacuation go to Dead stop at the top intersection of Kuakini <br /> Hwy and Lako. <br /> Stated back then of 2013, the limitation of these two main roads of <br /> Kailua Kona and limited for makai mauka access for emergency evacuation. <br /> This in a huge concern, enough ignoring this fact. We cannot escape. <br /> Please note Kahakai elementary of 661 students will be locked in no <br /> where out if a trees fall and blocks like the Lahaina Fire. <br /> Also, although we are said to have water supply, question is how many <br /> of the well are operating.
