Re: Wendys Sign Application PL-KVD-2023-000049
All signs shall comply with Chapter 3 Sign Code sections 3-58 (a)(5)(B) and
3-59(a)(4).
Per Planning Dept. Master Sign Plan for Nuimalo, on page 19 there is a comment that on
3/15/2019, the KVDC recommended the approval of custom tenant fonts, logos and colors with
the standard sign background be allowed up to 18 inches. All other sign regulations shall be per
Chapter 3 sign code.
