Strong Opposition to Liliuokalani Trust (PL-RE-2023-000051)
Act 50(read above) and refresh your kuleana you need to maintain on the following laws; Act
16 enacted by legislation of State of Hawaii, and HRS 711-1107 that all make it obvious that
the Leeward Planning Committee should oppose this request to amend change of zone
ordinance by deleting Condition B, Condition C and any 10 yr. extension.
Instead do the right thing,
The focus on the Queens'Trust lands should go to the children and the opportunities to
places on the Queens'Trust land that could protect na keiki,to create safe places on her lands
that would ensure more safety and safe places for them. You all should be aware of the
Queens'wishes and why she wanted generations of Hawaiian keiki safe, be aware that Hawaii
has the fifth highest child sex slavery and disappearance of children for this industry that
makes more money than anything else.You should stop giving the ones that are taking her
lands more allowances to make the rich richer.The age of the children that this sex trade
industry makes the most money is 4 yrs olds and 12 yrs olds. This industry can only be
brought in by private planes and military and so who gave the airport which is also on the
Queens Trust lands permission to expand for their planes. I ask you all why are uneducated
people on high positions that make decisions that make exceptions avoiding EIS that need to
be done on these properties changing laws from the permission of the mayor? Is there
conflict of interest on our Councils and Planning Commissions?
Remember as you vote are these what our Queens set up. She was brilliant, strong, powerful
and one of the most incredible ruling Queens.
Vote as if the Queen is in the room looking at you, that is your kuleana. Be pono. Our keiki
need this.
