To whom it may concern,
My name is Zoey Moyle. I live on Kauai.
I stand with the community of Ka'u demanding a current Environmental Impact Statement and
Community Development Plan of Ka'u that reflects the will of the people of Ka'u regarding
the proposed Punalu'u project.
I oppose the proposed development. If there is development, it must be in alignment with the
community.
