I strongly believe <br /> their plan of action will not benefit the current residents at this time. Born and raised on <br /> Hawaii Island has given me the opportunity to visit Ka'u, and specifically Punalu'u. I feel that <br /> no benefits for the people of Ka'u will come with doing business with Black Sand Beach LLC. <br /> There are numerous health and safety issues that have yet to be addressed with the current land <br /> owners. Until progress is made in this area, I demand that their application for the permit be <br /> denied. Mahalo for your time and consideration. <br />
