Aloha,
My name is Gabby Del Toro and
I am writing to voice the opposition of granting approval for Black Sand Beach LLC's request for a special
management area permit.I strongly believe their plan of action will not benefit the current residents at this time.
Ka'u and Punalu'u are special to our family,who have roots on Hawai'i island,and we truly value this area and how
precious it is to the local people.I feel that no benefits for the people of Ka'u will come with doing business with
Black Sand Beach LLC.There are numerous issues that have yet to be addressed and until progress is made,I
believe that their request should be denied.
